Not Wearing Socks!!

Thinking back...On Wednesday Jan.21st
Instead of being lazy I thought I should get myself
& Bronsen ready for the day, so my mom could take us shopping
to find birthday presents for the twins.
Brenden was already dressed for the day & playing downstairs.
So while getting Bronsen ready I grabbed his clothes & started downstairs,
I must have slipped on the 2nd or 3rd step, but my butt, back,
and shoulders caught the rest of them all the way down, while holding Bronsen!!!
The only thing that came to mind was "Protect Bronsen, I don't want him hurt."

Our next door neighbor, who is a member, heard my descent down the stairs.
She came right away, and also called the other neighbors.
I called Jake at work on the phone and told him I had just fallen down the stairs with Bronsen!!
He of course left work immediately, drove over 100mph
(it usually takes a little over ten minutes, he was here in a little less than five)
but made it safely and ready to take us to the hospital.
Turns out Bronsen was ok and a couple trips to the chiropractor for me,
I'm ok aside from a rug burn or two and maybe a bruise here or there.
But through all of that, I completed my mission with my mom and found the twins birthday presents and had an awesome party with everyone.
Thank heaven for great neighbors, I was blessed with great dinner that night.
Thank You!!

Its so sad when someone reads this and aches for you...I was lucky I fell with no Eben, thank goodness but never the less, hurt badly. Stairs are dangerous...I have fallen down ours twice in 6 months breaking my toe once, spraining my wrist, and breaking my tail bone...OUCH!! Not recommended to readers...LOL
